DESCRIPTION
Located in Newcastle's Coal Terminal. Community / Residential regenerative architecture.
When
2022
Since the settlement of Newcastle, the landscape has dramatically changed from a waterfilled marshland, to a sculptured coal port.

This project aims to restore a heavily polluted part of Newcastle's coal terminal to what it once was as Australia progresses to move away from fossil fuels, and provide an alternative to how we design our communities to regenerate the land.

Through implementing architecture which makes sustainable living a seamless part of everyday life. With integrated solutions like water harvesting, local food roduction and regenerative infrastructure.
